People who are diabetic and have problem in immune system can also be prone of developing cellulitis infection.
If cellulitis infection reaches to the deepen layers of tissue present in the body, then it will cause serious complications. Once the bacteria of cellulites entered inside the body tissue, the density of bacteria spread in extremely rapid manner. It may enter to the blood stream or get in contact with the lymph nodes, causing visibly harm to one’s body.
The foremost complications can be meningitis, gangrene or sepsis which are normally unchecked infection but creates tremendous problem to the body. Oral and topical antibiotic are the most used cures that are practiced in homes. But if, the cellulitis infection is severe then hospitalisation, intravenous antibiotics and proper diagnosis is recommended or further consultation with the doctor is advised in such cases. You must take up precautions in order to avoid cellulitis infection by wearing protective shoes and clothes.
